Dynamic Dance Company is the performing company of Newton Performing Arts Center. DDC is separate from all regular dance classes. Auditions are held once a year in September and dancers are selected for various works of choreography to be performed at competitions and local festivals and events. Company members also have the opportunity to compete at the national level and perform solos, duets and small groups. The Company usually attends 2 competitions per season and attends a national final every other year. Practices are held on the weekends, mainly on Saturday mornings and afternoons.
